Resolução Eleitoral Nº 01/2018 – Homologação de Candidatura

Homologa a candidatura das chapas inscritas consideradas aptas para as eleições que ocorrerão durante na Assembleia Geral Ordinária de 2018 da Associação dos Egressos da Faculdade de Direito de Santa Catarina – Alumni’32.

A Comissão Eleitoral, criada pelo Ato nº 01/2018, no uso das atribuições que lhe foram conferidas pelo Ato nº 02/2018 e pelo Estatuto Social, homologa a candidatura da única chapa inscrita para a eleição dos cargos eletivos da Diretoria Executiva e do Conselho Consultivo e Fiscal da Alumni’32, biênio 2019/2020, uma vez que todos os candidatos preenchem as condições de elegibilidade previstas nas referidas normativas.

A chapa única é integrada pelos seguintes membros:

Ressalta-se que, como houve somente um pedido de inscrição de chapa dirigido à Comissão Eleitoral, as eleições do dia 08/12/2018 serão meramente simbólicas, sendo, para todos os efeitos, a referida chapa tida por eleita por aclamação, nos termos do previsto no artigo 8º do Ato nº 02/2018, previamente publicado.
